About me
I am Alexandra Aguillón, a dynamic professional with more than 17 years of experience in the Human Resources area, specialized in executive search and selection. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of designing and implementing recruitment strategies that have allowed me to attract top-level talent, always optimizing processes to align them with the needs of the organizations I have worked with.
I currently serve as Director of Talent Acquisition at Avalon Services Group, where I have led the creation of strategies that have improved the performance of recruiting teams, achieving exceptional results in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. I have implemented technological tools such as the ATS, which has allowed us to streamline our processes and expand our candidate base, facilitating a more effective and efficient selection of talent.
Prior to this, I was HR Director at Essity, where I was in charge of all processes related to Human Resources, including organizational change, training and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and disciplinary procedures. During my time at Essity, I was able to contribute to strengthening the employer brand and improving the work environment, resulting in greater employee satisfaction and retention.
In my role as Senior Director of Human Resources at Amani LLC, I led the creation of hiring processes for key areas such as sales and IT, as well as significantly revamping our talent acquisition strategies. I also led a successful organizational restructuring that allowed us to significantly reduce operating costs.
Throughout my career, I have focused on creating tailored solutions that not only solve hiring needs, but also contribute to continuous improvement of teams and the organization as a whole. My experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of Human Resources and establish myself as a key professional in the development of talent strategies.
